Sabway 3-necro works nice both in NM and HM.
To unlock full potential in HM, get some good melee fighters so that the squishy necros don't get crushed by enemy melee.

Yes, and if 2 heroes have SS they won't stack it on the same monster from my experience

Sab's build is simple and effective but it relies too much on soul reaping. In places with low corpses or even when you use the fiend/shambling MM instead of bone minions, the necros can run low on energy.
Fiends and shamblings may not die often enough to fuel the energy need for the healer N/Rt. So I changed it to use an elementalist instead and use the recently buffed Ether Renewal:
[build name="ER Restore Healer" prof=E/Rt box ene=12+1+3 res=12][Ether Renewal][Aura of Restoration][Weapon of Warding][Mend Body and Soul][Spirit Light][Protective Was Kaolai][Life][Flesh of My Flesh][/build]
You can't go too wrong with a good MM build. Now I am interested to find a good hero team build for low-corpse areas, where a MM would not be effective. I am thinking, replacing the MM with a Motigon.

But what? I used Sab's triple necromancer hero's along with hench's to vanquish all of Elona solo. It does work...and very well. In certain areas you will have to swap in certain skills but for the most part the team build is auto-win.
